Title: Sweet and Sour Sauce for Venison
Categories: Game Chinese Sauce
Yield: 1 Recipe

1cCatsup
1cBrown sugar
1/2cVinegar
1/2cWater
2 Or 3 bay leaves
  Dash of salt and pepper
1 Sliced onion
2 To 4 lbs. of venison,chicken
  Or pork

Combine all ingredients and mix except onion. Pour over meat adding onion and cook covered at 350 degrees until meat is tender and sauce is thickened.
